Wood-splitting machine
Hoplíček, Štěpán ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
The objectives of bachelor´s thesis are following: Research of known designs of woodsplitting machines, comparison mechanically to hydraulically driven machines, computation and design of own wood-splitting machine. It is designed hydraulic machine with vertical structure. The machine is designed for splitting beech and oak wood with a maximum diameter of 300 mm and length of 1000 mm. It is calculated the maximum splitting force, designed and checked the frame, designed hydraulic circuit and splitting wedge. Bachelor´s thesis contains the assembly drawings of wood-splitting machine and the frame.
Vertical wood splitting machine
Zimek, Rostislav ; Pokorný, Přemysl (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of wood splitting machines. Another task is to make a computational and design a splitting machine. During designing, I draw from the specified parameters, such as the clearance between the wedges 1150 mm, the log diameter 450 mm and the maximum splitting force of 160 kN. Another construction requirement is good machine mobility and vertical construction. Part of the bachelor thesis is a drawing of a splitting machine and a splitting frame together with a drawing of the support frame and the splitting wedge.
Mounting wood splitting machine
Zápotočný, Václav ; Škopán, Miroslav (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
Bachelor's thesis, made at the Institute of Automotive Engineering, is focused on efficiency and faster way of wood waste processing, which is caused by logging or adverse nature conditions. Next step is making the hard physical work connected with logging easier especially in hardly reachable places. The splitter design is based on easy operation, handling and its independency on non-transferable propulsion source. It has got a tendency to be a cheaper option compared to professional splitters especially for small forest companies and minor forest owners.
Construction of hydraulic wood-splitting machine
Šimčík, Jaroslav ; Opl, Miroslav (referee) ; Matějka, Petr (advisor)
Bc. Jaroslav Simcik Construction of hydraulic wood-splitting machine DP, Institute of production machines, systems and robotics, 2010, p. 60, fig. 30, appendices 7, This master ´s thesis is concerned with the wood-processing technology with a focus on the construction of hydraulic wood splitter machine with a force 120 kN.
Mobile Wood Splitter
Felcman, Miroslav ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
The main aim of the bachelor thesis is to design a mobile horizontal woodlogs splitter according to preset parameters. The part before the main design of a splitter is focused on different types of mobile splitters with the subsequent focus on the individual structural design of horizontal splitters. The next part is dedicated to design and calculation of a hydraulic circuit of the splitter that generates the required cutting force. There is a calculation of final splitting force and other working properties for all individual components of hydraulic circuit. The individual components of the splitter are stressed by the splitting force. There is a strength check of exposed parts in the last part of the thesis. The work also includes drawings of selected parts.
Wood-splitting machines - security aspect
Láznička, David ; Zeizinger, Lukáš (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
The main goals of this bachelor thesis include development and critical research of splitting machines. The main focus is on manufacturers and types of log splitters, where their technical parameters, suitability for use and safety features protecting users are assessed. At the end of the work are the safety requirements set by the standard ČSN EN 609-1. Part of the work is also a 3D model of the splitting machine.
Wood-splitting machine
Henzl, Lukáš ; Malach, František (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
The thesis describes the design of the wood-splitting machine including stress and check calculations and design of the hydraulic circuit. For structural design, it is necessary to choose the maximum dimensions of wooden logs, which have length 1,1 m and diameter 0,5 m and over. The machine structure is vertical. Another task of the thesis is a technical report of similar machines and the justification of the design concepts of splitting machine. In the thesis, there is elaborated an experiment on different types of wood splitters, stress analysis calculated by using finite element method and there is also drawn up technical parameters of wood.
